Enrollment Options

We offer two enrollment tiers to meet the needs of different families:

Tier 1 Families (Guaranteed Care) - limited spots per location

• Guaranteed care for the days you request

• Minimum of 3 days per week for the entire summer

• Includes one consecutive (Monday–Friday) unpaid vacation week

Tier 2 Families (Flexible Care) - first come first served basis

• Care is provided based on availability and is not guaranteed

• No minimum days per week required

• Ideal for families needing occasional or flexible scheduling

Other fees to note:

Field Trips: Field trip fees are not included in the overall tuition. If you sign up for care on a field trip day, $27 will be added to your weekly invoice.

Late Pick-Up Fee: Camp Trilogy’s Summer program closes at 6:00 pm. A late fee is charged based on pick-up time. A fee of $20.00 will be applied if your child is picked up between 6:00-6:05 pm. After 6:05 pm the charge will be an additional $5.00 per minute.

Late Payment Fee: A $25 late payment fee is charged for past due accounts. Pre-payment is required. Past due accounts may result in termination of child services.
